Return and refund policy
We want predictable handling for Pavix orders shipped from Edmonton. Read the steps below before opening bottles if you may return them.

This policy applies to purchases completed through Khelvornkriz customer flows. Business wholesale buyers should reference their separate contracts if applicable.
2. Fulfillment region and cross-border orders
Operations are run from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. International shipments may clear customs slowly or be denied if local law restricts food supplements. Duties, brokerage, and compliance with your country’s import rules are ordinarily your responsibility. We may cancel an order when delivery is not reasonably possible.
3. Eligibility window
You may request a return within fourteen calendar days of delivery for sealed, unused products in original packaging. Food supplements that have been opened, partially consumed, or temperature abused are not resaleable and generally do not qualify unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
4. How to start a return
Email support@khelvornkriz.world or contact@khelvornkriz.world with your order identifier, batch number, reason, and photos of the outer shipping box. Wait for written approval before mailing items back; unauthorized returns may incur refusal fees.
5. Inspection timeline
After the package arrives at our inspection desk, we typically complete review within five business days. Complex cases involving laboratory photos may take longer, and we will note the delay in our reply.
6. Refund method
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment channel. Banks may take additional days to post credits. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless we shipped the wrong item or the product arrived damaged due to carrier mishandling we document.
7. Exchanges
We process exchanges when stock allows. If an alternative lot is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
